Tom Dawson has very much got his feet under the desk after taking over from his father and uncle two years ago. He’s introduced certain changes and they all seem to be appreciated. There’s a refurbished theatre, a new cinema and a house system. Fundraising is under way for a new library and the IT suite is targeted for improvements. There are only 100 pupils but they have 26 acres to explore. Tom’s father, Tim, looks after the school’s annexe in Normandy, which has proved a great success. Sunningdalians share a bond for life – and a passion for defeating Ludgrove on the football field.
